  4. Book Pion sells various types of books (Islamic, academic, and self-development). Not all books displayed on the website are available in stock. If an ordered item is not in stock, it will be sourced from the publisher/producer/supplier and then delivered to you. If the item is unavailable both in stock and from the publisher/producer/supplier, Book Pion will not be able to deliver that item to you.

  5. Book Pion makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions. However, since Book Pion does not produce these items, it relies on the publisher/producer/supplier for product information. If any product description does not match what is shown on the website, the only solution is to return the unused item to Book Pion.

  6. Your order or request is considered a proposal – it does not constitute a sales contract. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email and/or SMS. This email or SMS does not confirm a sales contract. The sales contract is only finalized once the ordered item is handed over to you.

  7. You may cancel your order at any time before the product is delivered to you.

  8. Book Pion generally does not cancel orders without a valid reason. However, Book Pion reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without stating a reason.
