Return and Exchange Policy
Books can be exchanged in the following cases:

If the book is delivered torn, damaged, dirty, or wet.

If any pages are missing or unprinted inside the book.

If you receive a different book instead of the one you ordered.
If any of the above issues occur, and you notify us within 7 days of delivery with proper evidence, and return the book to us, we will exchange it without any additional charge. Customers must provide photos via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or email as proof.
Exceptions
If you want to exchange the book because you did not like it or its content was not satisfactory — you may still request an exchange. However:

The book must be completely undamaged and unused.

If the book has any writing, markings, folded pages, tears, or stains, it will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange under this exception is only allowed if the product has no faults or issues.
Note 1:
In the above cases, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product, and the product must be intact. This policy will not be valid after 3 days.
Note 2:
In case of an exchange under the “exception” category, a return shipping charge, a new delivery charge, and a 5% processing fee (based on the returned item’s price) will be applied.
Important: Products under the “exception” category are exchanged purely based on customer request, even when the item has no fault. Hence, an additional fee applies. If any customer informs us within 3 days and returns the product in good condition, the product can be exchanged as per customer preference. However, refunds are not applicable in this case.
Therefore, we strongly request our valued customers to carefully choose the correct size/volume/edition before purchasing from Book Pion. Also, please review product photos, videos, descriptions, and customer reviews before buying. How Your Return and Exchange Will Be Processed:

Notify us through our helpline or Facebook Messenger within the specified time after receiving the product.

Email us at care@bookpion.in mentioning the reason for your return/exchange. If there’s a defect, attach clear and close-up photos as evidence to help our team assess the issue.

If you notify us within 7 days, no charge will be applied for return or exchange.
If you notify us after 7 days but within 30 days, return/exchange will still be accepted but with applicable charges:-

For “exception” category exchanges, you must inform us within 3 days. After that period, no changes will be accepted.

Once your product is confirmed as eligible for return/exchange, you will be instructed to send it via India Post to our provided address. Our representative will guide you through the shipping process. After the product reaches us and is verified, we will process the exchange within 7 working days.
Please note: Shipping time from Bangladesh to India may take 20 to 25 days, and exchange may take longer depending on stock availability.
