📜 Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS

  • You can view your invoice or receipt in your user account or via email

  • If payment fails or is interrupted, no amount will be deducted. If your bank shows a deduction but no order is confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for automatic refund


📦 Orders & Payment Authorization

Your order will be processed only after the payment is:

  • Successfully authorized by your bank or payment provider

  • Verified for availability and eligibility for delivery

In case of any issue during payment, you’ll be notified immediately and prompted to retry or choose an alternative method.


💸 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are initiated in case of order cancellations, failed payments, or product unavailability

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used

  • Refund timelines:

    • UPI & wallets – 24–48 hours

    • Cards & net banking – 3–7 business days

  • For prepaid orders canceled before shipping, full refunds are provided


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Payments must be completed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified.

  • For bulk orders, subscriptions, or B2B purchases, custom payment plans or invoices can be requested.

  • In the case of suspicious or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order until verification is complete.


 

💰 Refund Policy – Book Pion

  1. If your paid order is cancelled or you request cancellation before the book is booked, a full refund will be issued.

  2. If a paid order is not delivered, or the order is returned before delivery, a full refund will be processed. If you would like to receive the order again, it can be re-shipped upon request.

  3. Refunds will be processed only after verifying the returned product.

  4. If the product is available in the supplier’s stock, a replacement will be provided. If not, a full refund for the unavailable product will be issued.

  6. In case of technical issues during online payment that result in an excess amount being charged, the extra amount will be refunded upon submission of proper evidence.

  7. If you accidentally pay more than the total value of the books via online payment, or if any book from a paid order is unavailable, the extra amount will be refunded accordingly.

  8. If, during order processing, any book cannot be collected from the supplier or sourced in time, the amount for that book will be refunded in consultation with the customer, and the remaining items will be delivered. Refunds in such cases will typically be processed within 3–7 business days, In Shaa Allah.

  9. During any cashback offer, if the order is cancelled for any reason, the cashback amount will be deducted from the total refund.

  10. Refunds will only be applicable if the customer reports a defect within the stipulated time frame as per our Return and Exchange Policy, along with valid proof. Requests made after the deadline will not be eligible for refund.

  11. Refunds generally take 7–15 days to be processed. If you do not receive your refund within this period, please feel free to contact us directly.
